“If you were all alone in the universe with no one to talk to, no one with which to share the beauty of the stars, to laugh with, to touch, what would be your purpose in life? It is other life, it is love, which gives your life meaning. This is harmony. We must discover the joy of each other, the joy of challenge, the joy of growth.” — Mitsugi Saotome

oh what's that blonde kiwi doing now?
posting pictures of her *floor*?

just to say:
i'm absolutely ecstatic, cos we have loKATEd the floor here
and here
and here
and there's not a cobweb in sight, which means we're about half way there.
*singing all together now*
"wooo-oooah, we're haff (sic) way there..." i just have to talk my woozie's sewing machine into stopping sabotaging me. cos i am about to sneak off and play with these:
no, i haven't chundered on the screen: if *my* favourite colours were green and orange, i think i'd *love* it.

i can only guess that chundered means the same thing as upchuck. (and that chundered isn't a real word because spell check does not like it) but i'm of the opinion that that fabric is divine!!

and here's to clean floors. nothing like walking barefoot without fear!

Oh Katie! Like your floor *ever* looks any different ;o) Your home is the most fab place to crash, because there's always clear floor space for the Thomas game, clear couches for the movie watching, clear benches for the tummy and clear seating for the coffee - which all makes for clear heads for the convo xoxoxo

Hey way to go you guys - our floors look like that too. Now they're all super clean I have to think about dragging the furniture back in. Sigh... it looks so great without it. Do you think we could just survive on bean bags?

oh bloody nora houston we have a problem.

Luigi's daughter wants to be nigella's daughter and "learn to do perfect quilting and make stuff that is just whipped up and could be in shops".. (arms waggling above head at full extension! I think ears were waggling too and possible the end of the nose.. perhaps trying to make Luigi-momma appear out of thin air?) how many other teen daughters are trolling your blog wanting to swop moms? huh?????

awaiting advie

yours truly
nigella the der... (luv you, yr just too fabulous!)

it stayed perfect for a whole day! (i wouldn't let anyone into the lounge lol) X

s-t-o-p! you're gonna jinx it!! X

yes, upchuck and chundered mean the same thing. i heard once that "chunder" actually comes from a sailor's shout during stormy seas: "Watch-under!!!!!" and it just got abbreviated lol X

i did it!!! an apron for Joy

you can hire a vacuum thing here and do it yourself, it's way cheaper than getting a little man to do it for ya lol X

ohk, next time we *definitely* do SINGSTAR, k? X

i think i'm gonna start calling my new vacuum cleaner "Hoover". i like it X

yeah, the colour combo is actually growing on me... like an orange nasturtium lol X

i *love* the idea of a bean bag lounge. very friendly X

fleur and abby
you girls crack me up. how about if luigi and nigella have a Big Holiday *together* with the daughters? i'm thinking paris, italy, vienna... we can play aunties and cuzzies and have a general blast.
abby, i've been rehearsing eliza doolittle's little speech about being a laidy in a flaaaaah shop all day...
love you both to the moon and back X
