kate5kiwis: appeasing the natives

“If you were all alone in the universe with no one to talk to, no one with which to share the beauty of the stars, to laugh with, to touch, what would be your purpose in life? It is other life, it is love, which gives your life meaning. This is harmony. We must discover the joy of each other, the joy of challenge, the joy of growth.” — Mitsugi Saotome

appeasing the natives

well, the kiddos are kinda climbing the walls with All This Cleaning Out And Not Much Fun.
so we decided to finish our mosaics this morning before Venturing Into My Bedroom To Find Carpet.

alors, voilà (right then, here's)...

M5's ruru

S9's tuatara

yes, momma helped, a leeetle bit. ok, a lot.
we think they have tons of personality and we love them very much.

Ah (she says thwacking her forehead), thanks for the translation :)

Lovely Daughter just got 'A is for All Black' from her godmother in NZ. Great book!

I love those mosaics. I wonder, what would the postage be to Canada on those - LOL! The postman definitely would NOT like me then. Hee hee.
