“If you were all alone in the universe with no one to talk to, no one with which to share the beauty of the stars, to laugh with, to touch, what would be your purpose in life? It is other life, it is love, which gives your life meaning. This is harmony. We must discover the joy of each other, the joy of challenge, the joy of growth.” — Mitsugi Saotome

MoMoBroGro

While nearly every other blogger around the world is busy doing the NaBloPoMo (I'm doing the NO-BloPoMo, cos I don't live in America, and hey, I blog MOstly every day anyway lol) Hubby is Living in The Real World of The Republic of MO Mans' Land... growing the *MO* (moue?) for the whole of MOvember:

Movember (the month formally known as November) is a moustache growing charity event held during November each year. At the start of Movember guys register with a clean shaven face. The Movember participants known as Mo Bros then have the remainder of the month to grow and groom their moustache and along the way raise as much money and awareness about male health issues, in particular prostate cancer as possible. Movember culminates at the end of the month at the gala partés. These glamorous and groomed events will see Tom Selleck and Borat look-a-likes battle it out for their chance to take home the prestigious Man of Movember title.

Hubby and I had a bit of a tête-a-tête this morning about the actual spelling of said *MO* word There was a struggle over the material, with this little tea sandwich of a man, but I won. Yes you did honey.” (guess the movie line)

moustache or US mustache n unshaven hair growing on the upper lip. [French, from Italian mostaccio]

anyway, the hideous scratchy thing has been crawling along Hubby's upper lip for nearly half a month, and here's the MoMoBroGro (Movember Moustache Brother Growth) update:

***warning, scary ginger MOment ahead***

In Hubby's words, it's the "Adidas stripes: the stripes of quality, man!"
