kate5kiwis: for today

“If you were all alone in the universe with no one to talk to, no one with which to share the beauty of the stars, to laugh with, to touch, what would be your purpose in life? It is other life, it is love, which gives your life meaning. This is harmony. We must discover the joy of each other, the joy of challenge, the joy of growth.” — Mitsugi Saotome

for today

waking up in my onezie grinding my teeth

up at five thirty making moussaka and berry crumble, computing

i've been a mummy for two years longer than i've not been a mummy

juggling the steering wheel with raych's vanilla coke lip gloss

following kids all over the skool with the compasses

hey, the red arrow matches the north symbol

it's so funny, you'll fall off your chair it's so funny

kids, you're going to teach the water cycle to the class next wed

so use multiple intelligences and organise it together

would you like to do an experiment to show condensation?

gluing little sparkles to textile arts and rescuing the aims kids

pulling the knife out of his back while eating matching tortillas

emailing katikati to sort the unenrolled tech student

travelling home alone, without the usual learner driver

falling asleep with a glass of red and jason bourne

popping a little blister at the back of my mouth

clarinet sounds from mick's room and his question:

why do you guys have exams?

sam simultaneously singing it's ok, it's ok, it's okayyyyy

his rich tenor breaking with falsetto soprano

charlie's alternate universe convo about n factorial times r

vanilla custard and there are nuts in this, mummy

i think i'm taking life way too seriously.
