kate5kiwis: the tenth day of Christmas

“If you were all alone in the universe with no one to talk to, no one with which to share the beauty of the stars, to laugh with, to touch, what would be your purpose in life? It is other life, it is love, which gives your life meaning. This is harmony. We must discover the joy of each other, the joy of challenge, the joy of growth.” — Mitsugi Saotome

the tenth day of Christmas

aha, an end-of-year skool show
with Sam the narrator in tie and tails
(why don't you narrate me down from here)
and angels
and kings (and camels)
and itsy bitsy little tackers
who sang all the words!
and Mick the Russian cossack dancer,
right there, on the very left of the stage.

duh, YES, there WERE Russian cossack dancers present at the birth of Jesus... and there were 2 lobsters too, according to my fave Christmas flick, which Wooz and i watched this arvo. and when we got to this bit (which i would've embeded here 'cept some bright spark has disabled the embed button. so click) she said, "oh loooook, he dances just like Dad... hahaha!!!"

So lovely. I really wish Charli's school would do a 'nativity' scene :(

They are having an end of term 'performance assembly' tomorrow, but 34 'acts' auditioned and only 10 made the cut - sadly Charli didn't make it in this time :(

Ah well, she can keep us entertained over Christmas with her singing and dancing :)
