kate5kiwis: On the Seventh Day of Christmas

“If you were all alone in the universe with no one to talk to, no one with which to share the beauty of the stars, to laugh with, to touch, what would be your purpose in life? It is other life, it is love, which gives your life meaning. This is harmony. We must discover the joy of each other, the joy of challenge, the joy of growth.” — Mitsugi Saotome

On the Seventh Day of Christmas

"well, hello beautiful!" (uh, movie line)

we made Danny his very own lair in the Bat Cave aka Pit of Despair aka Garage and Sam painted Mick's face to look like The Joker (nope, neither of the littlest lads have seen the movie but they *have* seen an awesome, huge spray-painted artwork of The Joker on a brick wall at the side of a road in The Sunny Bay) - but woah Mick! that look is a bit creepy on you - i prefer this one -

both pxts courtesy of my phone - cos i have misplaced the camera again - i think it's under one of the piles of washing/dishes/cryptic crosswords - cos we ignored those while we made another eleventy billion reindeer today too - i THINK there is a Christmas Tree hiding behind the candy canes, but i cannot be sure.

this afternoon, Bulldog and i rendezvous-ed to write our Christmas Newsletter - yeah - we broke with tradition - we haven't written one for *five* years - but of course we have big news this year, baby.

Oh good, I'm glad it's not just me who loses things amongst the rubble. At least when it's a phone you can ring it - but yeah cameras and ipods are a real pain to lose.

Will I get one of your newsletters? I would like one!
