eleven o'clock. tick tock.

So, Hubby and I were lying in bed last night, watching Fantastic Four, as recommended by some of his students (*naff* movie, don’t bother) and the phone rang….

It was the fabulous Hogman, 100 metres from the front of stage at U2’s vertigo concert in Sydney!!!!!

Talking was nigh impossible, so a series of texts ensued:

It may be too late to call u when they come on but if you want a call during a song lemme know :)

The mexican waves have started

I will call you when they first come on but don’t expect a conversation :)

And then.. the phone rang:
screaming crowd. electric guitar.

What a huge buzz. We missed out on tickets to the NZ concert in a week and a half. But hey, now we’ve been at a concert in Sydney!!!
The songs are in our eyes, we see them when we smile..
