nope, they're *not* getting all dolled up for a night on the town!!
"Quick! Get the arnica.."
"Ouch!! Mum, I've really hurt myself.."
ok, so I have been sucked in many a time before.. with things like:
"Mum, Lucy has scratched me again!!" (bleeding scratch)
"Mum, I fell over and whacked my leg on the trampoline.." (dark bruise)
it does look very realistic... from a distance...

Okay, what exactly *is* arnica? The girls would probably love taking part in emergency drills for paramedics/firemen like they have here occasionally. People get made up with fake wounds and are given fake ailments to complain of, and the emergency response teams get practice in responding to a disaster, like a school bus crash or the like.
