"Leesen vehrrry carefooleee... I shall say zees ohnlee wuhnnce..."
Well, in that case, could you please speak slowly?
il pleut. it's raining.
je deteste la pluie. i hate rain.
no matter, it's René and the rest of the hilarious Allo Allo gang to the rescue, screening on D18's flash new pooter in Granny's lounge:
ze shildrens are totalleeee absohrrrrrrbed. Michelle keeps leaping out from behind zee curtain and whispering her well-known intro and René is trying hard not to get shot for harbouring Zee Painting of Zee Fallen Madonna Vis Zee Big B**bies by Van Clomp... while all the Germans are stuffing cheese into their ears to muffle Edith's singing and Le Clerc's piano accompaniment (it is I, Le Clerc lol).
ze adults are laughing at Officer Crabtree who is saying hilarious things like God Moaning. The resist-once have accqo-aired a bum. They are going to ex-plod the whaleway brodge.
and the rest of us are wondering What are they saying, Fairfax? I've no idea old chap - French is all Greek to me...
but it's a great way to spend a rainy morning in The Big Smoke.

What a great way to spend the day. When it all turns to custard on rainy days here, we take refuge in Fawlty Towers and the occasional Mr Bean. I love the vintage pinny idea, BTW. I have a couple of old patterns that would be perfick.
I missed all of that...lol
Miss Maddy and the *original* Wild Child are in my bedroom *totally absorbed* in De Sound of Moozic...whats that about. I was watching unoticed from the doorway as Julie was giving the kiddos singing lessons, my girls were grinning from ear to ear :-)xxxx
oh, i'm never leaving the house now... this is the 3rd webseries i've been introduced to in 3 days!!
I wish it was raining here today. We just had a record snow fall, again, today. And the second snowiest winter in recorded history! Oh how I could use the rain. Looks like the kids kept busy though, back to the beach again soon :).
