“If you were all alone in the universe with no one to talk to, no one with which to share the beauty of the stars, to laugh with, to touch, what would be your purpose in life? It is other life, it is love, which gives your life meaning. This is harmony. We must discover the joy of each other, the joy of challenge, the joy of growth.”

Ever since R14 could walk she's loved playing *dressing up*. For the first decade of her life her favourite thing was to unload her massive suitcase full of paraphernalia and adorn herself as Buttercup, or Comtesse Nicole du Lancré, or Cinderella, or Belle (which always included shrieking and running away from Gaston aka Daddy as he cajoled in his deepest voice, "Belle, you will marry mee-e-e-e-e?").
Our darling Auntie even made her a "wedding dress" when she was five, complete with a veil.
Today Woozie had a ball, dressing up in wedding/bridesmaid dresses at a Bridal Show... where adoring brother J12 snapped these photos from the front row seats:
Her favourite was this lil' bridesmaid's
number from 1957:
and even after all that parading
we just couldn't resist
for another little twirl:Oh Woozie, how we love your bubby personality, your zest for life, your beautiful girliness, your delightful curls, your gentleness, your generous spirit. I loved doing your hair today, making you feel extra beautiful, and then observing as you encouraged the little flower girls and made them feel like princesses too.
