kate5kiwis: crocodile hunter

“If you were all alone in the universe with no one to talk to, no one with which to share the beauty of the stars, to laugh with, to touch, what would be your purpose in life? It is other life, it is love, which gives your life meaning. This is harmony. We must discover the joy of each other, the joy of challenge, the joy of growth.” — Mitsugi Saotome

crocodile hunter

Crocodiles.
I've been catching them
since I was nine.
No problem.

Steve Irwin died in a freak accident yesterday. We are sad. Steve was a super guy, so passionate about wildlife. His legacy will go on.

Yep a sad day indeed - he will be missed - a great ambassador for Australia.
A great 'campfire' too. Nothing nicer than roasting marshmallows over an open fire.

My daughter and her boyfriend were totally shocked and Very saddened by this. T said he used to run around pretending to fight Croc's when he was younger.

He will be missed.
