kate5kiwis: *really* SHORN...

“If you were all alone in the universe with no one to talk to, no one with which to share the beauty of the stars, to laugh with, to touch, what would be your purpose in life? It is other life, it is love, which gives your life meaning. This is harmony. We must discover the joy of each other, the joy of challenge, the joy of growth.” — Mitsugi Saotome

*really* SHORN...

M4 is his own style guru.
He had a turn with my dressmaking scissors yesterday, while I was patching my jeans, and has snipped rather a large chunk of hair from the very front of his face...
laugh... or cry..???
I think I'll go and find his hat.

OOOhh too cute, must be something lots of kids try, mine all tried it when they were little too.
Hide the scissors or hide the hair.

we mamas have that rare ability to laugh AND cry at the same time... from this end though - it is really hard to see the hair past that amazing smile!

Well, by the time I'm writing the close-shorn spot had probably grown out enough so that only mom and dad can still tell.

At least the timing was fortunate, no Christmas or school photos scheduled for the next day!
