Today was The Day!!!!
My First Triathlon.
300 metre swim. 10 km bike ride.
3.5 km run (er, walk/run)
Hubby sent me a text just prior to the start:
swim like a dolphin,
ride like the wind,
run like a lioness...
and we did. we finished.
